The master bedroom with the large window looking onto the patio and out towards the Bay of Tenacatita. The window opens fully, as does one on the opposite wall allowing benefit from both the ocean and mountain breezes. Air also flows through to the master bathroom and out the windows over the bathtub and shower. There is a glass door directly from the master bedroom to the master bath patio and a double french door from the master bath to the patio. The windows in the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and the bathroom on the second floor are fully screened. |

The master bath has two sinks and a new polished concrete bathtub. To the right, but not show in the photo are double doors out to another private patio. Also not shown are the very ample closets and storage area in a private change room. |
