Studio bungalow in the heart of picturesque La Manzanilla, three blocks from the beach, one block from the village and Church. Furnished with Queen Bed, large bath with shower, includes hot water and great water pressure. Kitchenette features full size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, silverware, pots, pans and bottled water. Outdoor garden patio with ocean view. Includes sheets, bath towels and beach towels. Rooms cleaned once a week. If you would like additional maid service this can easily be arranged. Laundry services are available in village. $55 usd per night. 10% discount for stays of 7 day's or longer. Monthly rates negotiable. All rates are in US dollars and are for 1 or 2 guests. We accept US dollars and Mexican pesos at a rate of exchange equal to the current rate at Banco National de Mexico. A 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to confirm reservation and payment is accepted in US currency to our US bank. The balance is due upon arrival. SORRY, NO CREDIT CARDS. |
